How does billing and active workspace users work?
Your subscription includes up to 20 active workspace users. Any additional users are billed monthly at $39 per user. Users can be added or deactivated at any time.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All billing and card processing is securely managed via Stripe-hosted checkout. We do not store, process, or ever see your credit card or bank details within the HUBivio platform.
Can HUBivio be tailored to our type of insurance agency?
Yes. HUBivio is designed for Medicare, individual health, life, final expense, ancillary, employee benefits, commercial, property and casualty, and multi-line agencies. Your workspace can be configured around your terminology, lines of business, team roles, commission structures, policy lifecycles, renewal pipelines, and operating workflows. Our implementation team maps the platform to how your agency works.
What is the onboarding process?
You can start immediately with the standard HUBivio workspace and no implementation fee. If you want assisted onboarding, data migration, team training, or custom workflows, book a discovery call and we will scope those services separately.
Can HUBivio connect with our existing systems?
Yes. HUBivio can connect with compatible dialing systems, lead providers, CRMs, communication platforms, and other agency technology through supported APIs, webhooks, and data exchanges. Our team reviews compatibility, workflow requirements, and implementation options with each agency during a sales consultation.
How does HUBivio Reach AI support agency growth?
HUBivio Reach AI helps your agency build retargeting campaigns, organize audiences and creative, monitor activity, and connect new opportunities with your sales workflow from one place.
How is Meta advertising spend handled?
Your agency chooses its campaign budget and pays Meta directly through its own advertising account. HUBivio provides spending checks and monitoring so your team can review campaign activity alongside the rest of your agency workflow.
How does retargeting work?
When a visitor accepts advertising cookies, HUBivio can help include that visitor in a Meta retargeting audience. When someone separately submits their contact information and permission, your team can organize the lead and follow-up workflow in HUBivio.
